The 3R Process - Quiet Your Brain

Research has shown that brain activity is constant, even when asleep. It is said that we have over 50,000 thoughts in a waking day. That's a lot of activity.

Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences proposes that intelligence is not a single ability but a collection of distinct types. He identified eight intelligences, including linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. Gardner’s theory suggests that everyone has different learning styles across these areas.

The trick is to learn to quiet that brain activity when you want to optimize your focus and increase effectiveness. We will show you how.
